The Faculty of Technology Management, UTHM was formed on 20th of June 2001. Starting from the 2004/2005 session, the operation of the faculty was relocated to the Town Campus , 3.5 km from the main campus. Currently there are two departments in the faculty namely Department of Technology and Management and Department of Construction and Property Management. The faculty offers undergraduates and postgraduates programmes that cater to various needs in academic, commercial, and administrative fields.

The uniqueness of this faculty is its emphasis on integration of management and technological aspects. These aspects are divided into four main fields which are Management Science, Production and Operation, Construction and Real Estate Management. The faculty strives to train and produce excellent and capable technology managers that are nationally and globally competent to meet the demand of the nation’s industrial sectors.
